Universal House Rules:

1. There are no weddings or special events permitted.

2. Please adhere to the property's maximum occupancy at all times. There are no additional guests permitted beyond those listed on the lease agreement.

3. Once the booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. A picture ID of the guest executing the property's terms and conditions is required to finalize your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is required a minimum of 90 days in advance for a 100% refund. Cancellation in between 89-60 days will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund from 59 days prior.
